Mahjong Rental Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully before completing your booking.
Rental Period
Rental periods are based on the confirmed booking. All items must be available for return at the agreed-upon time on the final day of the rental period.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery and pickup options are available throughout the 30A corridor - from Inlet Beach to Topsail - as well as Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Delivery and pickup windows will be coordinated prior to your rental.
Payment
Full payment is required to reserve your rental. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the rental start date may receive a credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental period are non-refundable.
Use of Equipment
All rental items must be used with care and returned in the condition in which they were received. Rentals are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred, sub-rented, or used for commercial purposes without prior approval.
Damage, Loss, or Missing Items
The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items during the rental period. Renter will be charged the full replacement cost of any item that is lost, stolen, or returned in a damaged condition beyond normal wear and use. If tiles are missing upon return and the individual tiles cannot be replaced, Renter will be charged for a similar set from the same company. If a similar set is not available, Renter will be charged the original price of the set at time of purchase by Mahj Away.Items must be returned in the same condition as received, properly packed in the provided case or packaging. Item condition will be documented at time of pickup and return.
Late Returns
Items not ready at the agreed pickup time may be subject to additional fees.
Security Authorization
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for all rentals. By completing your booking, you authorize Mahj Away to charge the card on file for any loss, damage, missing items, or additional fees incurred during the rental period. Charges will only be applied if necessary and will be communicated prior to processing whenever possible. We truly appreciate you treating these pieces with care and enjoying them as part of your gathering. Failure to provide access for scheduled pickup or return of items may result in additional charges.
Liability
Mahj Away is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the use of rental items.

By submitting a rental inquiry or completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
