Where do you deliver?

We deliver to vacation rentals, beach houses, condos, and hotels throughout the 30A corridor — from Inlet Beach to Topsail — as well as Sandestin. If you're not sure whether we cover your area, just reach out and we'll confirm.

Question 2

How does the rental process work?

It's simple! Choose your package, pick your date and time, and enter your delivery address. We'll bring everything right to your door — tiles, racks, mats, dice, and instructions. When your rental period is up, we come back and pick it all up. No hassle, no hauling. *Delivery fee applies.

Question 3

Do I need to know how to play Mahjong?

Not at all! Every rental includes a quick-start guide and cheat sheet cards. We also offer beginner lessons — either add one to your booking or book a standalone lesson. We'll have your whole group playing confidently after our Mahjong 101 lesson.

Question 4

How many people can play?

Standard Mahjong is played with 4 players per table. Our Bachelorette and Hosted Game Event packages are perfect for larger groups — we bring multiple sets and can host up to 20+ players.

Question 5

What's included in each rental?

Accepted Answer

Every rental includes a full American Mahjong tile set, 4 racks, a play mat, 2 dice, a quick-start guide and even a game table as an add-on! A Hosted Game Event includes a dedicated host for the full session.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during peak summer season. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — send us a message on Instagram and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Question 7

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made 48+ hours before your scheduled delivery receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are eligible for a credit toward a future booking. No-shows are non-refundable.

Can I buy the tiles or mat to take home?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Visit our Shop page to browse play mats, travel tile sets, full sets, and accessories. Everything is available for purchase and makes a perfect 30A souvenir or gift.
